Answers to the most common questions about Reepli. If yours isn't listed, contact us — we're reachable 7 days a week by WhatsApp or email.
Account and sign-up
How do I create a Reepli account?
- Go to dashboard.reepli.ai and click Create an account.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Confirm your address via the link received by email.
- Follow the onboarding: company name, type of business, bot reply language.
- Connect your WhatsApp Business number through the guided flow provided by Meta.
The 7-day free trial starts automatically, with no credit card required.

Can I use Reepli with my personal WhatsApp number?
No. Reepli works with WhatsApp Business. You need a number dedicated to your business that isn't already used by the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Business on a phone (unless you enable coexistence mode). See Connection issues.
Can I have several WhatsApp numbers on a single account?
For now, one Reepli account = one WhatsApp number. If you need several numbers, contact us to discuss a solution.
How do I reset my password?
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox (and the spam folder).
- Click the link (valid for 1 hour).
- Set a new password.
If you no longer have access to your email, write to us.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings → Account, scroll down to the Danger zone section and follow the procedure. Deletion is permanent and results in the loss of all your data (contacts, conversations, configuration). You have 14 days to cancel the request from the link sent by email.
Plans and billing
What plans are available?
Three paid plans, plus a trial period:
- Free trial — 7 days, Starter plan features, no credit card.
- Starter — €79/month, for solopreneurs.
- Pro — €149/month, adds the CRM, campaigns and Google My Business.
- Business — €299/month, adds multi-user, custom scenarios and the AI website.

Is the trial really free?
Yes. 7 days with no credit card, no commitment. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan or your account switches to read-only (data is kept for 30 days).
How does fair use work?
Reepli doesn't charge per message or per token. Each plan includes an indicative monthly allowance (1,000 messages on Starter, 5,000 on Pro, 20,000 on Business). Beyond that, the service keeps working and we contact you to discuss the plan suited to your volume.
Are broadcast campaigns included?
No. Campaigns are available starting from the Pro plan and are billed per send, on top of the subscription, via a Stripe pre-authorization followed by a capture of the actual amount. See WhatsApp campaign pricing.
How do I change plan?
From the Billing page, click Manage my subscription: you land in the Stripe portal where you can change plan. Upgrading is immediate with proration; downgrading takes effect at the next cycle. See Manage your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Reepli is a monthly service with no commitment: canceling before the next renewal date avoids any further charge, but no retroactive refund is issued for unused days of the current cycle. In case of a Reepli billing error or a double charge, contact us.
WhatsApp and AI bot
Why aren't my messages being delivered?
Several possible causes:
- The recipient number isn't a valid WhatsApp number.
- Your WhatsApp Business number is disconnected.
- The template isn't approved.
- You're writing outside the 24-hour window without using a template.
- The recipient has blocked you.

What is the 24-hour window?
It's a Meta rule: after a contact's last message, you (or the bot) have 24 hours to reply freely. Beyond that, you must use an approved template to reach them again. See WhatsApp campaign pricing.
How many messages can I send per day?
The limit depends on your Meta quality tier (Tier 1 to 4):
- Tier 1 (default): 250 unique conversations / day
- Tier 2: 1,000
- Tier 3: 10,000
- Tier 4: 100,000 (Meta Business verification required)
The tier rises automatically after 7 days of a good score. See Message delivery failures.
Can the bot reply in several languages?
Yes. Reepli automatically detects the contact's language and replies in that language. You can also set a default language in Settings → AI Assistant.
The languages currently supported by the operator interface are: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Hebrew and Arabic. The bot itself can reply in more languages because it relies on the multilingual capabilities of the AI assistant.
Does Reepli have a visual editor to build chatbots (drag-and-drop)?
No. Reepli doesn't offer a drag-and-drop visual builder. The approach is different: you enable ready-to-use scenarios (lead qualification, appointment booking, reminders, FAQ, quotes, follow-ups, etc.), automatically recommended based on your type of business. The AI bot relies on these scenarios + your company context to formulate its replies.
If you want a specific behavior not covered by the standard scenarios, the Business plan allows custom scenarios with the help of the Reepli team.
Does Reepli support multi-agent (several humans replying in parallel)?
Not yet fully. Reepli is currently single-operator: one account = one professional. The Business plan plans to add additional users, but this interface isn't yet exposed in the dashboard. Automatic distribution between agents (round-robin, shared queues) isn't in place either — it's on the roadmap. See Single-operator mode.
How do I switch from the bot to a human?
In the Reepli Inbox, open the conversation and type your message in the input area: the bot automatically stops on that conversation. To hand control back to the bot, click Reactivate the assistant displayed at the top of the conversation. Your messages go out from the connected WhatsApp number, just like the bot's.
Why was my message template rejected?
Common reasons: promotional content miscategorized, missing information, content prohibited by Meta, incorrect formatting. See the detailed Template rejected guide.
Calendar and appointments
Why doesn't the appointment booked by the bot appear in Google Calendar?
Check:
- The calendar is properly connected in the Calendar section (green status).
- The Google connection hasn't expired (disconnect/reconnect if needed).
- A default calendar is selected.
- Your plan allows syncing: Starter = 1 calendar, Pro = 3, Business = unlimited.
Does Reepli support Microsoft Outlook / Office 365?
Not yet with direct syncing. For now, only Google Calendar syncs natively. If you use Outlook, you can create a shared Google calendar that you sync with Outlook on your end.
Integrations and API
Does Reepli have a public REST API?
No, not yet. A public API is on the roadmap but isn't available today. If you have a specific integration use case, contact us — depending on the need, we can offer a custom solution (Business plan).
Does Reepli integrate with my CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)?
Not natively today. The CRM built into Reepli (from the Pro plan) is enough for most solopreneurs and small businesses: pipeline, lead tracking, automated follow-ups. Integrations with an external CRM are on the roadmap. If it's critical for you, write to us so we can discuss it.
Does Reepli integrate with Zapier or Make?
Not yet natively. Webhooks (Business plan) let you connect Reepli to automation platforms, but a "1-click" Zapier / Make integration doesn't exist yet.
Security and data
Is my data secure?
Yes. Reepli applies:
- TLS encryption for all communications.
- Hosting in the European Union (Germany).
- GDPR compliance.
- Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) for all payments — your card data never touches our servers.
Where is my data hosted?
On servers in the European Union (Germany). All data stays in the EU.
Is Reepli GDPR-compliant?
Yes. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. For any specific GDPR request (right to be forgotten, portability), contact us.
