Reepli offers three paid plans plus a 7-day free trial period. All prices are in euros, excluding tax, billed monthly.

Monthly fair use
Reepli doesn't charge per message or per character: each plan includes a monthly allowance, and the service keeps working beyond it as long as usage stays consistent with your activity. Beyond the threshold, we'll get in touch to discuss the plan that suits you.

The counter is visible at the top of your Billing page and resets on each anniversary date of your subscription.

The trial gives access to the Starter plan features, with no card required:

How to subscribe or change plan
Everything goes through the billing portal, accessible from the Billing page:
- Log in to dashboard.reepli.ai.
- Go to Billing.
- Click Manage my subscription.
- In the portal, choose Upgrade or Change plan.
- Confirm. Proration is calculated automatically.

Broadcast campaigns: charged when sent
WhatsApp campaigns are not included in the plan: they are charged per send, on top of the subscription, via a pre-authorization followed by a charge for the actual amount.

Frequently asked questions
Can I switch from Starter to Pro mid-month? Yes. Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately, and proration is calculated automatically (you're only charged for the remaining days).
And to downgrade from Pro to Starter? Yes too, but the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period.
Are there any setup fees? No. No activation fees, no commitment.
Can I pay annually? Not for now. All plans are monthly. If you need annual billing, contact us.
Is there an Enterprise plan or a custom quote? For high volumes beyond the Business plan, contact support to discuss a tailored offer.
How long does the trial period last? 7 days, starting from when you create your account. No card is required during this period. At the end, you choose a paid plan or your account is set to read-only, and your data is kept for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the Pro plan enough for a solopreneur just starting out? The Pro plan is designed for SMBs that want CRM and campaigns. To get started solo, Starter is more than enough (the AI bot, appointment booking, reminders and synced calendar are all included). You can move up to Pro the day you want the pipeline and Google My Business.
Can I change plan several times in a month? Yes, as many times as needed. Proration is recalculated with each change.
