Create your Reepli account

This guide walks you step by step through creating your Reepli account, from signing up to launching the onboarding wizard that will finalize your business setup.


Prerequisites

Before you start, have the following ready:

Email address

We recommend a professional address rather than a personal one. This is the address that will receive notifications and invoices, and that will be shown to your customers in case of an email follow-up.


Step 1 — Go to the sign-up page

  1. Open your browser and go to dashboard.reepli.ai/register.
  2. The sign-up page appears with the account creation form.

You can also reach this page from reepli.ai by clicking Start for free.

Already have an account?

If you already have an account but want to log back in, use dashboard.reepli.ai/login instead. If you've forgotten your password, the Forgot password link is there too.


Step 2 — Fill in the sign-up form

Enter the two main fields:

  1. Email address — the identifier you'll use to log in. It must be unique on the platform.
  2. Password — at least 8 characters. Avoid passwords reused elsewhere.

Below the Create account button, a checkbox to opt in to the Reepli newsletter is ticked by default. The text informs you that by clicking the button you accept the terms of use and the privacy policy, and that you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email. Untick the box if you don't want to receive marketing emails — this affects neither your account nor essential emails (billing, security, WhatsApp alerts).

  1. Click Create account.
Account created

When you submit the form, Reepli automatically creates your workspace. A 7-day trial period starts right away, giving you access to the Starter plan's features — with no credit card required.


Step 3 — Verify your email address

After submission, a verification email is sent immediately.

  1. Open your inbox.
  2. Look for an email from Reepli titled Verify your email address.
  3. Click the Verify my email button.
  4. You are redirected to Reepli with a confirmation message, and the onboarding wizard starts automatically.

Pending account

Until your address is verified, your account stays in pending status and you can neither connect WhatsApp nor send messages.


Step 4 — Start onboarding

Once your email is verified, you are redirected to the onboarding wizard. It's short (5 to 10 minutes) and collects the information the assistant needs to reply correctly to your customers.

Your business profile

  • Business type — Reepli relies on Google's classification to guess which behaviors to enable by default. Choose the one that best matches your business (hair salon, restaurant, medical practice, real estate agency, etc.).
  • Business name — the name your customers recognize.
  • Website (optional but recommended) — Reepli extracts your services, FAQ and hours to pre-fill your assistant's context. You can review everything afterward in the settings.

Languages

  • Dashboard language — the language of the interface (French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Hebrew, Arabic).
  • Default reply language — the language the assistant replies in when it can't detect the customer's. The assistant also automatically detects the language of each incoming message and replies accordingly.

Calendar (optional)

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook if you want the assistant to book appointments. You can skip this step and come back to it later from the settings.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp step launches the connection via Meta. The details of this step are covered in Connect WhatsApp Business.

Assistant behaviors

Based on the business type you chose, Reepli automatically selects an initial combination of behaviors. You can adjust them before finishing onboarding, or later from the Scenarios page.

You can interrupt onboarding

At every step, your progress is saved. If you close the tab, the wizard will resume at the last completed step the next time you log in.


Choosing a plan

When you create your account, Reepli automatically places you on a 7-day free trial with the Starter plan's features. You can change plans at any time from the Billing page.

When the 7 days expire, access to the features is suspended until you subscribe to a plan. No automatic charge is triggered.


Securing your account

Reset your password

If you forget it, use Forgot password on the login page. You'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.

Best practices

  • Choose a long, unique password. Use a password manager.
  • Don't share your credentials — Reepli is a single-operator product (see Single-operator mode).
  • If you're unsure about the origin of an email claiming to be from Reepli, check the sender's domain (@reepli.ai).

Frequently asked questions

Is Reepli really free for 7 days?

Yes. No credit card is required to sign up. After 7 days, you choose whether or not to subscribe to a paid plan — if you don't, your access is suspended but your account is kept.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, from your account settings. A new verification will be sent to the new address to confirm the change.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] with your email address. Deletion is permanent and means losing all your data (contacts, conversations, statistics).

Can I have multiple Reepli accounts?

Each account corresponds to a separate workspace. If you run two businesses, you can create two accounts with two different email addresses. Managing multiple workspaces from a single user is not available today.
